Probably the only thing gamers agree on.

There’s not much gamers agree on. From the best gaming platform, to the greatest genre, to the most OP equipment loadouts, they’re a passionate group that love to argue. But when TELUS PureFibre was officially named the #1 Internet for Gaming, we saw an opportunity to let gamers everywhere know that there’s at least one thing they can all agree on. Even if they don’t realise it.

Throw in a truckload of inside jokes, references, and scroll-stopping animations, and you get a campaign that wasn’t just a fun commercial success (sales increased 114%) but one that helped a creatively conservative brand blast off into a never-before-seen direction. I’m really stoked to have played a part in that.

 

The long cut lived on YouTube and the TELUS PureFibre landing page. But gamers are a busy bunch, so 15s cut-downs were made for Facebook and other social platforms.
