The Ginninderry development is a massive 30 year project, involving the creation of 4 new suburbs — all pushing the boundaries of sustainable suburban development. We were engaged from the beginning to help shape the brand positioning and provide direction for the eventual roll-out.

That began with developing a core promise. A brand essence. 

We knew this initial launch stage would set the tone for the remainder of the project, so nailing a genuine, inspirational, and timeless brand essence was really important. After seeing the absolutely stunning location for ourselves, and all it had to offer, there really was only one word that summed it all up...
